Can you help your child overcome anxiety?

 

Growing up in a family of psychologists, I learned early on how our childhood experiences shape us.

Our parents' influence and early experiences affect our personality development, emotional resilience, and ability to cope with challenges throughout life.

I studied psychology because I wanted to help others become the best versions of themselves, overcoming mental health struggles and building their emotional strength.

​

Life took me on a different path for a while, but two experiences triggered my decision to return to my true passion.

​

I watched a family member and a close friend struggle through crippling anxiety that began in their childhood. Even when they finally got professional help as adults, medication was the first resort.

One was on medication for over 20 years, the other over 10. Though symptoms improved, the root causes went unaddressed. Only after decades of suffering did they get the right therapy to resolve the origins of their anxiety.

Having seen the consequences of no early intervention, I want to use my expertise to help you as a parent to effectively support your anxious child.

​

I’m offering to help you with your child’s anxiety, so your child doesn’t have to go through the same long-term struggles and suffering that my loved ones have been through.

​

With the right support early on, you can certainly help your child get better, get anxiety under control and set them up for a mentally healthy future.
